With dry hands, add one scoop to a glass 1/4 filled (approx. 2 ounces) with purified water. Do NOT get the scoop wet. Allow to bubble for few seconds. Then fill glass to full 8 ounces.
Product will fizz less if water is cold, so you may want to add ice.

If you are excessively sweating or on keto diet, talk to your health professional about adding additional salt as needed. Always use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
