Bee Propolis originates from a plant's defense system and contains over 300 powerful natural bioactive compounds, flavonoids and phenolics (antioxidants) which can support immune function.

PFL stands for Propolis Flavonoid Level. This measures the flavonoid content in a serve of propolis. PFL30: 30 mg total flavonoids per ml. Flavonoids have well known antioxidant properties.

Immune health: Mix 1 ml (1/4 tsp) in warm water and swallow twice daily. 

Oral health: Mix 0.5 ml (1/8 tsp) in water, rinse around mouth and swallow twice daily.
