These three enzymes form the enzyme mixture called Pancreatin produced in the pancreas. The next enzyme in Digestzyme is Lipase‚ which is responsible for beginning the process of breaking down lipids (fats). Protease is able to break down peptide bonds for connect amino acids to each other‚ forming proteins.
